Email & Phone Extractor

Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 22, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your installation and use of the Cnetinfosystem – Email & Phone Extractor Chrome extension (“Extension”). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

1. The Extension

The Extension can scan web page content automatically, when that option is enabled, or when you request a manual scan. It identifies email addresses and phone numbers, displays extracted contacts for you to search and manage, and may save contact details with available source-page and discovery-date information in your browser profile. You can copy or remove contacts and export contact lists to CSV.

Extraction and phone-number formatting are automated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Extension does not verify whether a contact is current, belongs to a particular person, or may lawfully be used for a particular purpose.

2. Your responsibility and acceptable use

You are responsible for how you scan, use, store, and share information obtained through the Extension. You agree to:

  • Use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy, data-protection, electronic-communications, and marketing laws.
  • Respect the rights, privacy expectations, terms, and access restrictions of websites and individuals.
  • Obtain any required permissions or legal basis before collecting, retaining, exporting, or contacting people using extracted information.
  • Not use extracted information for unsolicited, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful communications or activities.
  • Review exported data and take appropriate care when storing, transferring, or sharing it.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a particular collection or use is permitted in your circumstances. Public availability of contact information does not, by itself, establish permission to use it.

3. Local storage and privacy

As described in the Extension’s Privacy Policy, extracted contacts, available source information, discovery dates, and preferences are intended to be stored locally in your browser profile. You control whether to copy, export, or clear saved contacts. CSV files you export are handled outside the Extension and are your responsibility.

4. Third-party websites

The Extension is not affiliated with, and does not control or endorse, the websites it scans or the information they contain. Websites may restrict automated access or impose their own terms. You are responsible for checking and complying with those requirements.

5. Availability and updates

The Extension is provided on an “as available” basis. Its features may change or become unavailable, including due to changes in Chrome or in the websites you visit. The publisher may update, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or these Terms.

6. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Extension is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The publisher does not guarantee that scans will find every contact, that results will be accurate, or that the Extension will operate without interruption or errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or claims arising from your use of the Extension, extracted information, exported files, or third-party websites. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes to these Terms

The publisher may revise these Terms by posting an updated version. The effective date above identifies the version date. Continued use of the Extension after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact the publisher using the support contact shown on the Extension’s Chrome Web Store listing.
