Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the LinkNest Chrome extension (“LinkNest” or the “Extension”). By installing or using LinkNest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
1. What LinkNest does
LinkNest collects visible HTTP and HTTPS links from the web page you choose, organizes them into groups, and lets you open selected links in browser tabs. You can open links together or in batches. In batch mode, LinkNest waits for the current batch to finish loading before opening the next batch.
Link collection may not work on browser-internal pages, restricted pages, or pages that prevent extension access. Hidden links are not collected.
2. Your responsibility when using the Extension
You are responsible for:
- Choosing which links to open and reviewing URLs before opening them.
- Ensuring your use of the Extension complies with applicable laws and the rules that apply to the websites you visit.
- Managing the tabs LinkNest opens, including closing tabs you no longer need.
- Using the Extension in a way that does not disrupt websites, services, or other people.
Opening many links may use significant browser, device, or network resources. Choose a batch size appropriate for your device and connection.
3. Third-party websites
LinkNest does not operate, control, endorse, or verify third-party websites opened through the Extension. Those websites have their own terms, privacy practices, and content. You access them at your own discretion and should review their terms and policies.
4. Availability and changes
LinkNest is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable, including when Chrome or a website changes how extensions can access pages. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or these Terms.
5. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LinkNest is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that links will be collected accurately, that a website will load successfully, or that the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Extension’s publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use LinkNest or third-party websites opened with it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes to these Terms
Updated Terms will be posted with the Extension. The effective date above indicates when this version took effect. Your continued use of LinkNest after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the Extension’s publisher through the LinkNest support contact shown on its Chrome Web Store listing.
These Terms are general information and are not legal advice. Consider having them reviewed for the laws and requirements that apply to you before publishing.
